VK-PHO (Vietnamese Noodle House) – Authentic Vietnamese Pho & Banh Mi in Hampstead, NC

We've been waiting for this place to open and I can say it was worth the wait! Great service and staff. Word of warning the P1 comes with a large beef shank, delicious but may be a bit intimidating if folks aren't a fan of eating off the bone. All around a great place for lunch!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ VK Pho – Surf City Hands down the best pho you’ll find in the area — and I’ve had pho all over the world! One of my all-time favorites used to be a little spot in New Jersey, and VK Pho instantly took me back there. The flavors are rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced. The owners are amazing, super friendly, and you can feel how much love they put into every bowl. Let’s support this local gem, especially with another restaurant opening across from them — trust me, you won’t find better pho anywhere around here.

4 of us went in for dinner and really enjoyed it. One of us was thinking about changing the type of noodle we wanted to get in our Pho and the owner/chief named Don was so kind to come to our table and show us and explain why the noodle that was requested wouldn't be a good choice to be put into Pho. It was asuch a pleasure to meet him. Our server Conner was also great and super friendly. It was a very nice experience and it felt great to help support a small local business. Don told us he was only a few days short of being open for 9 months. I wish him all the best with his first Restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend came into the restaurant close to closing but were still served really well. The staff was really nice and the food was fresh and tasty. My boyfriend had a bowl of pho and I had bahn mi for the first time (delicious!) and their strawberry milk tea with boba was really good and a nice size! I will definitely be coming back when I'm craving Vietnamese!

Phenomenal service. Food was well seasoned and portion sizes are very large. Environment is very mellow and not over the top. Ingredients were fresh as were the toppings. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time here and it was great! I started with fried tofu and chicken spring rolls... Amazing! I finished off with a small chicken pho...it was huge and I definitely left with leftovers. I finished off with a Vanilla Milktea for my "dessert" really I was so full already but just couldn't leave without having one. Our service was fantastic and everyone we encountered there were super sweet. We definitely plan on a return visit soon

I have been hesitant to try this place due to mixed reviews. I decided to stop today and I am so glad I did. Tried the combination Pho and a Taro milk tea (after soliciting a recommendation from the very helpful lady checking me out). Both are very delicious! The broth is flavorful and there were plenty of toppings for my Pho. My favorite of the meats was the ribeye. Perfect tenderness after quickly cooking in the broth. The taro milk tea was delicious. The packaging was perfect for take out. I look forward to trying some additional menu items in the future!

Their food is soooo goooood! Very affordable, fresh ingredients, wonderful employees. I can’t get enough! We had their chicken sandwich, pork sandwich, tofu sandwich, spring rolls, and fries. I went back another day and had their pho. All the food was fantastic!
